The Agriturismo Rosaspina lies in a large and lush garden, with a 15 by 6 metre swimming pool.
The facilitiy is about 12 km from the village of Capalbio and 18 km from Chiarone beach.
Pets are wellcome at a small extra-charge.
With resolution of the City Council n. 48 of 24/11/2022, the Municipality of Capalbio established the Tourist Tax and approved the relative Regulation. The tax runs from 01/04/2023 and for the period from 1 April to 30 September of each year.
The Tourist Tax is the tax payable by those who stay overnight in any type of accommodation facility located in the Municipality of Capalbio up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights for each stay and who are NOT resident in the Municipality of Capalbio.
The amount of tourist tax is : €1,50 per day per person, except guests under 12years

Apartments

A building with 2MINI APARTMENTS, with a bedroom with bathroom, and a living room with a kitchenette with dishwasher, washing machine, sink and 2 burner hob, refrigerator with freezer. Outside area is equipped with dining table and chairs.
In the same building there are 2 APARTMENTS:
- one with double bedroom with bathroom, single bedroom (full size bed) with a small bathroom (no shower), living room with a kitchenette with dishwasher, washing machine, sink and 4 burner hob, refrigerator with freezer
- one with with double bedroom with bathroom, single bedroom with bathroom, living room with a kitchenette with dishwasher, washing machine, sink and 4 burner hob, refrigerator with freezer.
Outside area is equipped with dining table and chairs.
The SUPERIOR APARTMENTS are in a separate building, with the following features:
APT.1 (110 sq.m.) 4-6 people, with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with a double sofa-bed and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, outside area with porch with dining table.
APT.2 (80 sq.m.) 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a single sofa-bed and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, outside area with porch with dining table.
APT.3 (40 sq.m.) 2 people, with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room with a single sofa-bed and dining table and a kitchenette including refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, outside area with porch with dining table.
All apartments are furnished with taste and are equipped with mosquito nets, TV set, air conditioning and heating, safety box.
